Will AI Steal Your Career?

A Talk on the Future of Work, Talent, and Technology

Lecture

Offline, Warsaw

March 25, 18:30

About the Event:

What does it actually take to build a meaningful career — and what does AI change about the answer?

Max Lukominskyi, CMO at OBRIO, never wrote a line of code. With degrees in Law, Economics, and Behavioral Economics, he went from strategy consulting to leading a high-performing marketing team of 40+ at OBRIO — an IT company behind Nebula, the world's leading spiritual wellness app with over 65 million users.

He'll share what that path actually looked like, why product-based IT became his arena of choice, and what AI is genuinely changing about hiring, skills, and the future of work.

What will you get?

Honest Insights into GenAI

which tasks algorithms are already automating, and what human traits will always be your greatest competitive advantage.

A Clear Roadmap

on how to leverage a non-tech degree (Law, Economics, Management, or Political Science) to build a top career in Product-based IT or any other field of your choice.

An Opportunity to Connect

and gain valuable contacts during the networking session.

This talk is for you if:

You study Law, Economics, or Social Sciences — and wonder if that's a disadvantage in a tech-shaped world.

01

You're not sure what to make of AI: whether it's a tool, a threat, or just a trend.

02

You want to know what separates people who build the career they want from those who don't.

About the Speaker

Long before joining any company, Max was figuring things out on his own. With a background in Law and Economics he launched his first ventures independently, eventually running two successful Kickstarter campaigns that raised over $500,000 combined and culminated in a business exit.

Along the way, he wrote "Навипередки" — a book that ranked among the top 3 best Ukrainian business books of 2020 — and has shared his expertise in Inc, BBC, CNBC, and Business Insider.

Outside of work, Max is a Ukrainian Triathlon Champion and an Ironman 70.3 finisher — someone who applies the same logic to sport as to career: consistency, discipline, and going further than most people are willing to.
